Our products are quality assessed and packed with care before dispatch.

Handcrafted Items Because of the handmade nature of some of our products, slight variations between pieces are normal and expected — this is part of what makes each set unique.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@arcaneterrain.com.au with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Custom Orders Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping Issues If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
