Each Arcane Terrain product is produced and packed to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.
Australian Orders
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
International Orders
International shipping times vary by destination, generally 7-14 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Handcrafted Items
Because of the handmade nature of some of our products, slight variations between pieces are normal and part of what makes each set unique.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
