We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Each Arcane Terrain set is individually handcrafted and painted to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Australian Orders

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

International Orders

International shipping times vary by destination, generally 7-21 business days. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds

At Arcane Terrain, every item is individually handcrafted and painted with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations between pieces are normal and part of what makes each set unique.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
